Reduce Tension In Ayurveda Treatment
Ayurveda is the unique ancient Herbal medicine & Health philosophy in Sri Lanka. This is based on the ancient Wisdom of good living. Ayurveda is the science of life and it has a very basic, simple kind of approach, which is that we are life of the universe and the universe is powerful and the human body is part of the cosmic body, and the human.

Give Peace a Prance
Do you ever consider your feet? Express gratitude daily for your feet for they are a force moving you through out the world. Dr. Susan Corso however, asks herself “do I truly walk in peace.” Follow her through this pithy article into a remembrance to “give peace a prance”.

I Stand for Peace
We have skilled experts in the science of peacebuilding, effective programs that reduce and prevent violence, and our colleges and universities are already training the next generation of peacebuilders. What we lack is the political will, visionary leadership, and institutional platform needed to create a strategic, focused effort to empower our citizens, communities and country to resolve conflict before it erupts into violence.

A Little Peace
When I gave motivational speeches to nuclear scientists many years ago, I used to ask them all a question. Do you think world peace is a good idea? To a person, they all thought it was rhetorical—every single time. I had to assure them that I didn’t ask rhetorical questions, and I always asked it aloud a second time. Do you think world peace is a good idea?

No Peace? Know Peace
U. S. President John F. Kennedy called Dag Hammarskjöld “the greatest statesman of our century.” Mr. Hammarskjöld was the second Secretary-General of the United Nations. Not only was he a Swedish diplomat, but he was also a Christian mystic. His diary, Markings, is a wonderful taste of one man’s spiritual journey.

Peace Symbol Turns 50
The well-known Peace Symbol was designed in 1958. This year is its 50th birthday.Isn’t it delightful that such a “new” symbol comes from such an “old” one? Wisdom is the same the world over. It’s knowledge that comes from experience. Peace, too, dear one. It’s the action that comes from love.

The Risks of Peace
Dr. Susan Corso risks unanswered questions in the quest to discover what Peace looks like and how one goes about making it here on Earth.

Letting Go for Peace
Dr. Susan Corso comments on Elizabeth Gilbert’s “Instructions For Freedom” with her own “Instructions for Peace”.

September 21 Peace Day
Dr. Susan Corso discusses International Peace Day and how to observe it. She cites Frederic and Mary Ann Brussat's article "The International Day of Peace" which highlights the founding of the day by the United Nations.

The Light of Peace
Choose your evening. Include family and friends. Make the time for ritual. Ritual serves the purpose of stopping our always-going lives.
