I stumbled across a Maria Duval clip from Youtube and I shall post it here. I am not very sure what is the spoken language here..sounds German though. Luckily there is subtitles so at least I roughly know what its all about. Well, I am glad to come across it as there are some bad things about Maria Duval out there.

Feeling lethargic lately? Probably your house has too much clutters, meaning house has become a storeroom rather than a nice living space. Maria Duval says clutters can jam the flow of energies in the house. Not just her, fengshui masters agree on that too. All objects give out energies and by clearing old stuff, you are ridding off the bad energies in your house.

I try to do a clear out every quarter. To rid my living space off those old newspapers, magazines, papers, bags, and boxes that have piled up. Get some cardio workout by doing some floor vacuuming and tidying of the place. You will be shocked how dirty you house can be!

Been buying too many pieces of clothes and now your wardrobe is running out of space? Do some charity work by donating those old clothes to humanitarian homes. You are clearing the clutter and at the same time doing some compassionate works.

The key here is de-clutter. Do not stack up unnecessary stuff around the houses, especially at the corners where energies tend to be blocked.

After a round of de-cluttering, I am sure you will feel much better in moods. Suddenly, your burdens seem lighter and you can relax better. Invisibly, energy paths are now unblocked and it brings smiles back to your life again :)

Maria Duval - Helping the needy

Maria Duval has said recently that money or wealth is not the pre-requisite to help people. If a person cannot help with financial means, there is always time to contribute to the humanitarian organisations, just to give an example.

People believe that to help the less fortunates, they have to possess some kind of wealth. I disagree. Lack of money is not the main factor for not helping the needy but more of the dying motivation and desire to go out and serve.

Help can be of any kind from providing basic living amenities to spreading warmth and smiles. Happiness and joy make you have a better day and mood after that.

Here are some more examples. I always do my best to help if can. That's one of the best ways to drive up your spiritual energy!

1. Teaching the illiterates without charging fees is also a kind of service.
2. Taking care of orphans, elderlies or even pets.
3. Providing toys to deprived children.

These actions make you feel positive, contented and will let you know more about yourself. The spirit of compassion, benevolence and optimism would be discovered. Unleash yourself to serve and help in order to ignite and infuse a powerful force in you.

Dive into the world of service to mankind; help to purify your soul and enlighten yourself with the divine power.

Do not ponder even once that you cannot help or serve as you are not wealthy and prosperous.

Maria Duval - You certainly deserve it!

Maria Duval says that selling ourselves short is a very bad mistake in our life. This attitude does us no good at all and even drag us further down. It is up to us to learn and pull up our own socks if we want to change our lives better.

A lot of times, we think of the situation on our hands and say to ourselves "maybe this is probably not deserving for me.." or "I don't think I can achieve this in my life". Strong doubts creep in and people begin to underestimate themselves.

DON'T!

Having a weak mind is probably the most serious malady for us humans as it sets us more into the abyss of life and not the abundance of life. When the minds are weak, "predators" around will hover around you waiting for the chance to "gobble" us up.

And the angel who is happily manifesting the perfect plan for you in life suddenly makes an U turn as you are not ready to receive the divine gift.

Hence, we all just need a little more faith and positivity in ourselves.
