Maria Duval testimony

A grateful Marit email to me that her(or him) recent experience with Maria Duval was highly positive. Such a nice feeling to hear another positive change as a result of Maria's guidance.

Dear Maria Duval,
Thank you for your letter plus the 3 envelopes/packages. I received them on May 17th, and proceeded to date them, the first one on May 17th and July 17th respectively. (You can trust me, I won’t open them before the time!)

I am really amazed at how alive and energetic I feel after doing the exercises you recommend. Yes, I did think the one with the foot baths was crazy, but after trying it out, I am finding it to be beneficial, just as you said it would.

It took me a while to get into the breathing procedure, but I think I am now getting the hang of it.

I find I am sleeping better, just as you intimated. Most of my life I have been plagued with Insomnia (since the age of 11 or so), so this is a welcome relief! It helps me think more clearly, remember things better, instead of walking around in a daze and feeling like a ‘‘zombie.!’’

As for the Tuesday evening session, at the end of the 7 minutes I experienced a warm feeling of well being and positive anticipation.

After only one week I’m already feeling an all round improvement, both mentally and physically. After 3 months – who knows? – I guess I’ll hardly be able to recognize myself!

Thank you for being my psychic guide and for helping me along the way! I am looking forward to the time when I can see what the other two envelopes contain!

Sincerely,
Marit D,
Vancouver

Ignorance due to incomplete knowledge

With ignorance, fear sets in, primarily, due to a "lack of knowledge or wisdom". When this happens, we will feel restlessness and soon, fear will set in, because there is ignorance due to incomplete knowledge acquired.

I am victim of ignorance as well. I am fearful of visiting dentists and the day before I am supposed to visit one, I will be very restless and fear sets in, and the day will be nearly unbearable for me, as if knowing the next day, the death penalty will be yielded on me. This is due to ignorance too as I anticipate pain and my body reacts to this poor thought.

Maria Duval adds that personal ignorance due to half-baked knowledge is potentially dangerous, as this form of incompleteness happens at early childhood stage, when parents will anxiously educate their kids to the perils and pitfalls of this cruel world. Most of the time, parents do not inculcate their kids will complete picture.

Parents often tell children the bitterness of their life experienec and they do not want them to go the such ignominy when they grow up. Is this truth? Parents don’t know that they are only painting a part of the picture. They are breeding ignorance by imparting half knowledge.

So Maria Duval suggests to us to impart complete picture to youngsters that we "die only once in life and the courageous die only once".

This is the truth.

Once they are aware of this fact, they will cherish life even more and they will do their best to understand so as not to "die" again and again. If you do not impart to them this very important understanding to your children, then you are giving them partial knowledge.

Admit it's tough to forgive

A thought tells me this is a must do step. I have difficult time with this one... it is easier said than done and I confess - that is to forgive others. As I observe, it's true, in office, there are idiots who are trying to mess with me and make me fed up, or trying to be funny and not actively contributing to the work scope, or wishing I will walk into a banana skin and they laugh.. I admit I wish something bad will happen to them. This is bad spiritually. Yet I can't help but fall into it whenever such monkey business happens again. What's the point?

Accepting people you dislike into your circle of life is probably one of the toughest you can face in life. This happens usually in workplaces where there are a lot of inter-personal conflicts due to different working styles.

On my spiritual pathway, I am constantly reminded that I need to forgive each and everyone. Maybe I am their scourge in their eyes too? It's usually a both way thing.

So the next day, I happily go to office with the intention to have a peace pact but arghh.. as soon as I see those high-handed emails, my ego starts to pull my energy down and replace it with a stream of inner rage. I try not to be personal as there is really no joy bearing this kind of grudges, after all, we are fellow colleagues and countrymen. But it's hard to let go of that anger and that rage.

So do share with me any of your experience in forgiving? Even in the most difficult scenarios? I think if I don't forgive I'll never live the life I want. On the other hand, I do not wish to appear as a piece of "easy meat"....

Have faith in yourself to work things right

It seems like many people are going through bad situations. I just want to say most of us are not aware that we are living in a great country with peace and beauty. Do appreciate the fact that we were not born in some chaotic places. So when you wailing about your plight, do spare a thought for those who are much worse than you are. I understand what it is like to go through an emotional ordeal, hence I just post this for those who are in the midst of a life that causes you pain now.

Two years ago, I was having one of the worst times in my life. Highly depressed and felt life was breaking apart due to a crisis. A kind that made me even contemplating to end it all would be nice.

I told no one about it, not even my closest person. While I appeared happy and jovial, deep inside I was wallowing and sad. Somehow, my wife detected something unusual, and left a note to say, no matter what happened to you, she would always be my side to support and encourage me, and she wanted me to face it like a child ready to take on the new world.

This is a serious wake up call and I told myself time was precious and this was not the way to live a life without passion. Understanding, loving, analysing, releasing my past, I aimed to create a life that I actually would want to live, conquering my fears, one at a time.

Gradually, things start to change. It was small at first. Somehow I felt calmer and relaxing, and not as if the whole world was on my shoulder. Family noticed some positive changes as I became more spontaneous and less fussy with things and getting back to my core values: truth, love, inner strength.

Bit by bit I added meditation I learned from Maria Duval, trusting my inner self, creating joy in everyday life and other things.

And so today I realised how far I have come, and how wonderful it is. The reason I wrote this is I want to share with all of you who are in life doldrums. Trust yourself. Put faith in what you believed when you were still young and had dreams. Believe that universe and family always love you and want you to succeed. Please do not let themselves and yourself down. Instant bliss and riches are not possible but there is always ways to achieve these in life if we want them bad enough.

Psychic practice

Newbies can learn psychic skills but it will take sometime to see results and this is not something that can be picked up overnight with some successes. Maria Duval says this requires constant practice, as in all trades, before one can awaken the hidden spiritual powers deep inside. Each individual is different hence nobody is the same when it comes to this. You may find you really have a natural psychic flair!

Maria Duval requires newbies to calm the minds before anything concrete can be embarked. It is extremely important to learn to slow and quieten your fickle mind.
This will be beneficial to you as you want to focus to listen to your timid inner voice which is the divine guide from which you receive messages.

One way out is to meditate which is highly effective. Through meditating regularly, we get in the loop with our natural psychic self and keep us in tune with our intuition. Again, it could be difficult initially before one can calmly learn to relax the mind and probe deep into our mental self.

So after that you should give yourself the best possible location you can find to meditate. Somewhere deep in the forest or by a stream would be perfect because you just do not want any distraction from the busy world, especially with those intruding mobile ring tones.

After having practiced meditation for a firm length of time, you can learn to visualize. This is another of the crucial methods that would help you a lot when you are on your way to gain that psychic talents.

Again, Maria Duval has said for a beginner it would definitely longer time to tune up the psychic abilities. It is however important that you persist and who knows, you would have discovered something extraordinary in your life.

Maria Duval - the psychic gap

The science of psychic is very fascinating. Normal science won't be able to explain some of the things happen here but some people like Maria Duval just have that amazing ability to read into your mind, no matter where you are in the world. It's like having a mental GPS in her mind that links to you in a paranormal way.
What are ways to increase your psychic awareness?

I agree through regular meditation and ample visualisation, one can quieten the mind. and develop a psychic mind with gaps between thoughts.

It has been said that the gap between thoughts is terms the "Void", and this is what the Buddhists call "The Ohm".

As we develop quiet mind, we can gain spiritual access to the Void and I am not sure what it will be like there. Does it mean I can access anywhere I wish to go?

On some thoughts, I have to would not totally agree to say that the psychic mind is the void between thoughts, but intuitive information usually comes in through the gaps between thoughts, which can result when you push the conscious mind to the side.

So, in the end, only through meditation can one create a clear channel for the intuition to make itself manifest.
