Maria Duval's Photos at Flickr

Do check out a series of Maria Duval photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/mariaduval if you want to know how she looks like. Here you can see a collection of her latest pictures in which she was seemingly talking to press at a news conference. I'd like to know where that place was. It looks like she was very well-received.

Maria Duval
I hope she would visit this country one day as i would like to meet her in person.

Love my exercises

I love to exercise. Regular exercise not only supports a healthy lifestyle, it also provides a host of other benefits, including a more positive mental outlook, less stress, and a more positive body image. That's why no matter how busy or how tight you are, do your best to invest some time, even half an hour a week, to exercise.

Exercise helps you feel good about yourself as you would need dedication and discipline to bring yourself through the schedule, and as a result, you feel better about your personal achievement. You'll feel stronger and fitter physically, as well as mentally pleased with yourself as you feel you look younger and livelier. There is an added spring in your steps too.

Once in a week, I like to walk 5km or so. Through the city in the early weekend mornings when there is peace. To experience the verve of the money energy flowing around. Sometimes, I walk with family at the nearby lake tracks where there are a lot of nature to be seen. It's really nice. A little bit of jog to finish up the session. Thorough enjoyment I feel.

If you are indoor kind, try if you can, to invest in a treadmill. Yoga is also a great activity that leaves you feeling strong and empowered. Your body will thank you for taking good care of it, and you'll reap the many rewards of a healthier body and mind.

Image on a screen

We have always pondered about this question. It is the unanswered riddle of ages. On one hand, we all seem to figure out where we are from, yet on the other hand, we feel restless despite the progresses made. We dream of being anyone at anywhere. Dreams have a feel good feeling as it gives us large space to "get out of that box".

Who are you? A flicker on the big screen?

In spirituality, the notion of ‘I’ is like an image on a screen, which is an effect created by hundreds of millions of brain neurons firing together, according to Maria. So long as we live, the neurons keep firing, the effect keeps forming and ‘you’ exist. When we die, they stop firing and the image goes away. That's who we are.

The ‘projectors’ are neuronal cells creating an electrical field. What’s making them create the field? Neuronal cells are made of billions of living molecules.

You can feel its presence as truth, bliss, consciousness. Its truth is your life, its bliss is your joy, and its consciousness is the music of your existence.

Positive thinking and continuous learning will rejuvenate the organ mind, that’s ‘you

The Awareness of Happiness

A lot of times we believe we'd be truly happy "if only I have the money, or with the girl I like". While this line of thought is not exactly that negative, the question here is, how long will this happiness last when you get it?

Usually, after the initial happiness, there will come pangs of disappointment, anger or some other less desired emotions. Maria Duval explains that happiness attached to a thing or event does not last if it was not preceded by the will to be happy.

If the awareness of happiness is intrinsically lined to an external object or event, then once you have it in your life, you'd have reached the end of your journey.

Even if the happiness remains for some time, when the object or event is removed the attached happiness will disappear as well. The awareness may remain in memory for a period until it is forgotten.

To make this level of happiness lasting, the awareness of happiness would have to begin way before any external event starts and the physical manifestation would be the symbol of that happiness.

Hope readers will understand what I hope to put it across here.
