If you are not familiar with the definitions of mediums, psychics and clairvoyants this can be really confusing when wanting to seek their advice. A Psychic is associated as being one who foretells the future. A psychic usually connects with your psychic energy and gives you a glimpse of the future. A psychic readingcan give you fascinating insight by looking into your future and identifying potential blocks or issue’s, such as issues at work, home, relationships, family and day to day concerns and guide you in the best way to clear them. Please be aware that a psychic reading should only be used as guidance, and never tell you what to do or be a substitute to professionals in the medical, legal or financial fields. Everyone has free will and you have to take responsibility for your own actions. A good psychic reading with a respected psychic should make you feel at ease, uplifted and empowered. Essentially, a psychic reading can offer comfort, reassurance, peace of mind, hope, and insight. A clairvoyant reading is much the same as a psychic reading: - The word clairvoyance means clear seeing and is often referred to as the ‘sixth sense’. Someone who is clairvoyant has the ability to gain information about a person, place or event. - A clairvoyant reading gives you guidance and insight into many different areas of your life, such as career, home life, relationships to name a few. - A clairvoyant should be able to deliver specific information about your life, to help you trust in the information for the future. Mediums, also known as the messengers, raise their energy in order to connect with loved ones that have passed away. Mediums do use psychic ability, which is really just another term for energy. However they can not guarantee receiving messages from the person you’d like to hear from but if a connection is made with spirit (energy) the medium should be able to give specific information to make you feel comfortable that they are connecting with someone you recognise. A mediumship reading can often offer peace of mind, reassurance and closure. Whatever your choice, to get the best out of your reading, be relaxed and open-minded. Psychic TV is a psychic television specialising in mediums, psychics and clairvoyants. I have an interest in psychic and paranormal abilities and love sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.

Energy boosters
The society we live in today is very fast-paced and stressful. More people are putting in longer work hours as global economy recession has shrunk the job market and people got to prove themselves worthy employees even more so now. That's why it is important that people who are competing to make a grade in workplace got to find that extra ounces of energy to propel them going.
Maria Duval suggests three ways to improve your energy level.
1. Breathe and breath
One of the best steps you can take to immediately boost your energy is to simply breathe. It is interesting to note that in Chinese medicine, qi, is considered to be the “life-force” and is closely tied to the concept of breath. One of the ways that qi is generated in the body is by breathing deeply.
2. Sleep well and enough
Busy people like to let people know that they are so busy that they sleep just 3 to 5 hours per day. While they are young, that should not be a problem. But over a long period, it taxes in their long term health. Sleep is always the first thing people choose to sacrifice. Yes, I understand perfectly. Sometimes I sleep just 3 to 4 hours per day too. I try not to do that often. The next day, the energy level will be low and concentration is bad too.
Another aspect of sleep that is often overlooked is the time of night that you fall asleep. It is far better for your body to go to sleep around 11 to 12 midnight than it is to sleep from 2am to 10am, for instance. This is due to the fact that your body functions in hormonal cycles that follow the natural pattern of light and darkness throughout the day. If you are too out of sync with this natural pattern, you will feel out of sync when you wake up in the morning.
3. Energy food
Avoid sugary food. Yes it can give you short term energy boost, but it sags you down faster after that. Focus on protein instead. Insufficient protein is a common cause of fatigue.
Of course keep yourself well watered with 7 to 8 glasses per day. Low energy levels are very often attributed to not drinking enough water.
If you think you are not getting enough nutrients from meaks, try multivitamins. I wouldn't encourage that on long term too. Go natural as much as you can.

Flowers by the path
An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.
For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of what it had been made to do.
After two years of what it perceived to be bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house." The old woman smiled, "Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side? That's because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you water them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house."
Moral: Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.
Have a great day and remember to smell the flowers on your side of the path!

Mindless Thoughts
A friend of mine is very into stock market. He likes it enough to even think of being a full day trader.
Education system that we all went through emphasises in study hard and do well for exams for that when we grow up, we can secure a good and respectable blue collar job. So we will spend the rest of our lives working for money by trading our times. We buy houses, cars and set up families and we spend years clearing the debts we incur.
That is why my friend wants to get out of this devious cycle - the rat race- through an escape route available, which a man could build his own business or spend some money in investments. He chooses trading. The potentials are surely there.
The thing is, every few years, the stock markets would crash and cause economy downturns, and people will get devastated. There will come to a point where they would warn their children to get a secure job instead of being entrepreneurs and investing because risks. A wrong move could set you back years.
I am not sure why I write this today. It's just things that come into my mind and I just put it in.
Oh yeah, I receive Maria Duval's latest letters. I like what she writes there.
