Aim to feel better

From my meditating and reiki experience, each time i spend time on meditation, I feel so much better. I like the feeling of being energised when I eat well and exercise well. This is how life should be, isn't it?

Each one of us know it is important that we take care of our bodies and minds. However, it is not possible to maintain at peak performance all time, because it goes up and down

There is no question that being fit for life makes it better. It is also true that we seem to be designed to seek a lazy way if we can.

You will probably go through a reaction and say 'maybe try that next week'. Resist it and try today. Experience it and notice how you feel.

You will feel better with either exercise or diet. Then get up in the morning and remember what it felt like. If you can then do the same for a second day.

If you can't and go for that burger and fries on the second day then make sure you notice the different feeling you have.

Keep at it. Get fit for life and enjoy it more.
