Trust that little Voice inside you

Last few years I had a lot of little spiritual awakenings since I got to know Maria Duval and these moments come in different ways. I hope to share with you these little moments so that you can go and find your own.

First of all, let me stress that you dont have to be religious or have tons of knowledge before you can get spiritual. Well, it can come about when there is peace and stillness in your mind. The surrounding is surreally tranquil and you could be somewhere in the nature. This is exactly how it happened to me. It is really amazing feeling to be with Mother Nature and there is no burdens in your mind.

Or you can do it purposely. I feel this is more difficult to try out yet it is also the fastest route to reach there. By this I mean meditation, which is to me a clearing of the fuzzily restless mind so that you can hear the voice of the Higher One.
When you have too much noise going on in their you just cannot hear your intuition which is usually screaming out at you that you are doing something wrong and this is why you cannot have a spiritual awakening. Without attaining this peace, it is not possible to read the intuition that is talking to you.

I like to just sit there and watch my thoughts float by. This helps create separation from them. The main barrier to spiritual awakening is that we believe that we are out thoughts and get really identified with them. By watching the, we shatter this illusion.

I am not shy to say that by getting away from the hustle bustle of the busy city life can help you to have a spiritual awakening too. By this I don't mean moving trying to life as a caveman. Maria Duval thinks that if you live in a busy city then your mind is really active and you want to be silent mentally if you want to be able to see and think clearly. I moved from town back to the outskirts and my mind is so much clearer. I think the people are much nicer and friendly here too.

Finally, just be experimental. There is nothing too silly to be tried once in terms of spirituality. If our intuition says go for it then trust that little inner voice for once, it's smart beyond your mind and will lead you in the right direction all the time.
