Each of us has a choice to be good or bad. Similarly, we decide what kind of thoughts that filter through our minds.
Maria Duval suggests that if you think that your life is not what it is supposed to be like, you should spend sometime and:
- Analyse the thoughts you have in your brain.
- Then examine the actions you embark as a result of these thoughts.
- Then look at the consequences of these actions.
- Correct your thoughts to achieve the desired outcome.
Yes, you can do it!
Yes, you always churn out what you think. Positive changes originate in your mind. How can you improve something when you say you hate it? When you say something, your words not only serve to convince you, you also pronounce a decree and you block the creative energy that could indicate solutions for improving your life.
Follow this piece of advice: become more aware of the thoughts that go through your head through regular introspection. Take 5-10 minutes a day, preferably in the evening before you go to sleep, and look at what has happened to you over the course of the day.
