Belief! Yes, you must always believe in yourself. That's the last vestige of pride one may have when all others around stop believing you.!
Believe that you can earn more money, believe that you can do it, believe that you can change something. Believe that no matter what happens, you can overcome it, no matter how grave the situation might be or cannot be changed or controlled. Believe in yourself and trust that the Universal will give you powers to change it. Of course, this does not mean you just slack off at home and expect money to grow underneath your mattress.
Next, do you ever feel satisfied when you have food, home, education and job? If you never feel satisfied with things around you, you will never happy!
As we live on, we must satisfy ourself and should not expect too much from others or push the blame on others when something bad happens. To lead a better and more peaceful existence, we should learn what we have now, what we will have in future.
If you not satisfied when you only can own a small house, you should think of many people who are homeless. We must not expect too much from people as if you want to expect much from people, you should also give something in return. And never expect any return if you want to help anyone.

My Magical Amulets
I carry Maria Duval's magical amulet with me whenever I am working or outside from house. I believe it gives spiritual protection that can help prevent negativity and dark entities from being drawn to me and attacking or draining me energies.
It is a fact that magic amulets have been with us for thousands of years. There has to be a base on why ancient humans were so enamoured with talismans and why magick was so popular in ancient human history.
Before I wear it, I always do my best to charge and strengthen the amulet before placing it around my neck. Maria says the best time to purify the amulet is when the moon is full and after midnight.
Hope you can receive the protection soon too~

Maria Duval: Why We Should Lead A Balanced Life
If you are a balanced person, you use up energy in an even and level manner. You will rarely have any ups and downs emotionally or one minute of high spirits while the sagging spirits in the next minute. Through balance or level-headedness, you are protected from temperamental swings.
Psychic Maria Duval says that people who are level-headed are calm and they can face up to any adverse situations confidently and successfully. This is a virtue as it brings self-confidence and self-control. A level-headed person is not dominated by his peers but he governs and controls it.
Maria Duval also suggests to train to be level-headed by repeating "I have a single aim in my life. This is to improve myself - intellectually, socially or morally." Say it as often as you can so that you can absorb its positive energy.
One thing is sure though is that you cannot be well-balanced in life if you are torn between two different aims. The aim of improving yourself encompasses all your interests. This suggestion brings your calmness and helps helps you to remain poised.
And begin by getting into the habit of putting some thought into your actions. Once you have decided to do something, think about it before you go ahead. If you always establish a plan before you take action, you will not get bogged down with unforeseen tasks. And if the unexpected happens, you will be able to cope with it without losing sight of your initial plan, by using the power of your concentration.
Maria Duval adds that do not allow yourself to get easily ruffled. Remain calm and indifferent to the things that happen to annoy you and to the reasons for them. If something bad happens, if a vexing situation arises, say to yourself, "everything will be fine, everything will work out". And most importantly, do not ever let panic taking over the control when you are faced with a stronger adversary or else you won't have lost the balance you have been practising all the time. Remain calm and steady and your oppenents who want to see you dejected will be defeated.

Food rules
Food is our essence of life and hence what we swallow down our throats has a big impact on our mood and feeling. I think this is very true because I suffered from depression a few years ago - not those major attack, and I got out about 1 week later.
I find when I eat right, that is to say a balanced diet including lots of fruit and veggies, I have more energy and I feel more focused and alert. Personally, I feel we should consume about 50% of vege, grains, nuts and fruits, while the remaining the rest split between meat and carbo.
I'm not sure it is totally true. I observe that when I don't follow these nutritional rules, I feel lethargic and uninspired. Normal tasks just seem a bit more difficult.
If possible, I avoid excessive alchohol, caffeine and sugary stuff. A moderate bit of red wine daily appeals to me as i read it is very helpful to maintain a good blood circulation.

Staying motivated
So you think you self motivated each day when you get up in the morning at the snooze of the alarm? Do you spring out of bed eager to face the day with good enthusiasm and vigour?
Energy is one of the main components to motivation. In order to get things done maintain high reserves of energy. The more energy you have the more you will be able to do.
You will find that if you can get going and keep going you'll start to gain momentum. When you get momentum even difficult task become easier to deal with because you'll find that you are on a roll.
Maintain a well balanced diet, exercise regularly and get plenty of rest. This will help you build a high energy level.
The other key part of motivation is memory. Use your memory to recall past successes.
Maria Duval explains that exercise will do wonders for my confidence and my ability to bounce back after disappointments. She adds that rather than dwelling on failures, simply replay my past victories over and over again in my mind. That's a sure way to recharge your mind power!
Thinking about past successes when facing new challenges also dissipates nervousness and eliminates procrastination. You simply say to yourself, "I've done it before, so I know I can do it again." Then you get to it and get it done!
