People believe that to help the less fortunates, they have to possess some kind of wealth. I disagree. Lack of money is not the main factor for not helping the needy but more of the dying motivation and desire to go out and serve.
Help can be of any kind from providing basic living amenities to spreading warmth and smiles. Happiness and joy make you have a better day and mood after that.
Here are some more examples. I always do my best to help if can. That's one of the best ways to drive up your spiritual energy!
1. Teaching the illiterates without charging fees is also a kind of service.
2. Taking care of orphans, elderlies or even pets.
3. Providing toys to deprived children.
These actions make you feel positive, contented and will let you know more about yourself. The spirit of compassion, benevolence and optimism would be discovered. Unleash yourself to serve and help in order to ignite and infuse a powerful force in you.
Dive into the world of service to mankind; help to purify your soul and enlighten yourself with the divine power.
Do not ponder even once that you cannot help or serve as you are not wealthy and prosperous.
