BarkForPeace.com is about people and their pets. It’s a sweet, whimsical website that serves as a tasty reminder of the absolute fact that there is no such thing as a small act of peace.

Thoughts, dear one, specifically your thoughts are actions. Dedicate your thoughts to whatever you choose. I’ll do peace seven days a week. Just like I do tea seven days a week. Do the math: 50 x 7 = 350 thoughts per week x 52 weeks = 18,200 thoughts per year radiating from me alone, and that only during tea time!

What is Deeksha (oneness Blessing)
Deeksha or oneness blessing is given in the spirit and compassion of the Deeksha giver. Deeksha in saskrit means initiation or benediction. Everything that the physical world embodies, when perceived by the five senses, testifies to the fact we are in constant state of separation with self. The physical world represents a sacrifice of oneness. Everything simply is what it is. There are so many different states of experiencing this as there are people.

I Stand for Peace
We have skilled experts in the science of peacebuilding, effective programs that reduce and prevent violence, and our colleges and universities are already training the next generation of peacebuilders. What we lack is the political will, visionary leadership, and institutional platform needed to create a strategic, focused effort to empower our citizens, communities and country to resolve conflict before it erupts into violence.
