Happy or sad? Up to you.

Maria says through meditation, we can be healthy and cheerful. Easily put, you are what you think and feel.

Our thinkings and mental processes can improve or degrade our health, whether we know it or not. Negative thinking is a habit ingrained in us.

Similarly, Maria Duval tells me that positive thoughts can be a habit in me through self conditioning and meditation which basically brings the brain waves into alpha rhythm where you experience a feeling of well-being and calmness.

The brain likes this feeling so each time you meditate you create a positive response within the mind. Gradually you look forward to and make time for your meditation sessions. In turn, you become happier for longer and longer until you retain a feeling of contentment within you.

Again, what I suggest is that like all things in life, we all have a choice to be happy or sad.
