If you are believe in spirituality, I am sure you have heard of using energy to heal spiritually. What is it exactly?

This method of energy healing is known to use our internal energy all of us have to heal spiritually.

Right, when we mention energy healing, what we are into is we something that is spiritual, and this does not mean have to be religious. Note the differences. We are using a spiritual method to tap up someone else's spiritual energy system. Ultimately this is about using your spirit to psyche up another person's spirit.

Maria Duval notes that when you are trying to help with specifically spiritual matters, it allows you a superior advantage as working within the spiritual realm completely gives you a way of healing that is totally non physical - meaning it has non of the restrictions we normally associate with the physical world, and there is no need for physical manipulation for the results we want, unlike scientific healing.

One most popular form of spiritual energy healing which we have not realised yet do it frequently is "praying". Praying is a form of connecting the spirit of yourself to the person you wishes to be well. It is also a form of distant energy healing.

As we are all linked in the astral plane, it is possible to healing via praying as millions of people pray for the sicked and loved ones. The results are highly encouraging and I would suggest you to pray often whether you are religious or not.
