Here are some simple steps to meditate recommended by Maria Duval:
- Sit down comfortably.
- Both hands to be loose and palms face up, one on the top of other and the thumb touching lightly.
- Keep your head and body straightened, eyes must be closed or open; if you open your eyes, focus them on a spot or object.
- Breathe in a relaxed and natural way. If you are a beginner, it is good to count the number of times you inhale or exhale.
- Continued for at least 15 minutes.
- You might like to concentrate on a particular subject too. Ask your intuition for some answers or guidances.
