Reiki ended

The reiki lessons has just ended and we thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. The one we just attended was just the basic level so now my wife and I can be regarded as some rookie reiki disciples. The good thing about reiki is that it greatly reduces your stress and makes you more aware to your own spirituality.

We plan to attend the intermediate level however the price of it is really not cheap! The money can be better used for other purposes like a family outing, meals or even attend new courses like NLP or Yoga!

From the sports arena, New Zealand beat England in the Cricket World Cup and this got me really exhilarated because we are the underdogs here.
