People getting intelligent

During the course of my job, I have always met many interesting people who came over to my office for interviews or for job consultation. My company is doing job consultancy after all. From many years of experience, I've realised that youngsters nowadays are getting more intelligent and know what they are looking for in life. I think that's a good sign. Of course this is the internet age and information sharing is easily available at clicks of mouse. How I wish I had this opportunity when I was in their stage of life.
