Recently, I've been feeling rather tired I guess this is due to the work stress plus the fact that I am already in the 40s and my physical energy is dwindling. I do exercise regularly maybe twice a week depending on my schedule. Somehow, I still feel physically drained out rather than feeling better.
I have talked to a colleague and she recommends trying out this Japanese healing technique called Reiki. I have heard of it vaguely before and I have no idea what it's all about though. From what I read, Reiki is better than physical massage in helping you to improve as sometimes tension held in the body is caused by emotional trauma, psychological distress, or spiritual despair.
