Food is our essence of life and hence what we swallow down our throats has a big impact on our mood and feeling. I think this is very true because I suffered from depression a few years ago - not those major attack, and I got out about 1 week later.
I find when I eat right, that is to say a balanced diet including lots of fruit and veggies, I have more energy and I feel more focused and alert. Personally, I feel we should consume about 50% of vege, grains, nuts and fruits, while the remaining the rest split between meat and carbo.
I'm not sure it is totally true. I observe that when I don't follow these nutritional rules, I feel lethargic and uninspired. Normal tasks just seem a bit more difficult.
If possible, I avoid excessive alchohol, caffeine and sugary stuff. A moderate bit of red wine daily appeals to me as i read it is very helpful to maintain a good blood circulation.

Life, book, diet and food
We grow through life. We learn and experience new things all time. It's what that makes our life meaningful. Since all have us have equal amount of time, that is 24 hours per day, we cannot blame on bad luck for our own failures in things we do. Well, I have to strive in life as well as I do not come from a rich background...how nice if Maria Duval can bring all her lucky charm onto my life.
So I say it is what you’re doing with your time that really makes a difference. So many people get caught up in things that just keep them busy; they don’t take the time to do the things that really make a difference. I’m speaking about positive differences in the lives of people and their families.
Away from mundaneness of life, I read that Maria Duval does have books on food & diet that is studied according to the different signs of the Zodiac, in which many common points are identified and many very surprising lifestyle rules are suggested, for achieving good health.
Wondering how can i get that?
