The Power of Brainwaves

Brainwaves are a correlation of consciousness and its state. This means that certain mental states have certain brainwaves. For example, if you are tired, you will have a low brainwave frequency. When you are more energetic, you will have a higher brainwave frequency. The brainwave state changes all day and isn't fixed. We enter into different mental states all day, from happiness to sadness to anxiety to eagerness etc etc every single day.

Creating the brainwaves crucial to your success is fundamental. The way to do that is to continually perform the actions which will make those brainwave states become a more integral and established part of your mental thinking.

For example, if you are always focused, disciplined and driven to your goals, these brainwave states will become more incumbent and easier to maintain. This means it also becomes easier to remain focused, disciplined and driven. There are specific brainwaves which create success. Consciousness as we know it plays a fundamental part in shaping reality, which is why these effects can happen.

For example, there are brainwave states which lead to increases in material prosperity. When you access those brainwave states, you will notice a quick increase in income, opportunities, drive and productivity to your goals. Your mind will become more relaxed and you will have a much clearer picture of what you need to do to succeed.

There are other brainwave states associated with other things: for example, there are states associated with increased psychic abilities, romance achievement, idea generation, increased IQ as well as others. In conclusion, your brainwave frequencies are fundamental to success. Learning to harness the right frequencies is a guaranteed way for total success in life.

Image on a screen

We have always pondered about this question. It is the unanswered riddle of ages. On one hand, we all seem to figure out where we are from, yet on the other hand, we feel restless despite the progresses made. We dream of being anyone at anywhere. Dreams have a feel good feeling as it gives us large space to "get out of that box".

Who are you? A flicker on the big screen?

In spirituality, the notion of ‘I’ is like an image on a screen, which is an effect created by hundreds of millions of brain neurons firing together, according to Maria. So long as we live, the neurons keep firing, the effect keeps forming and ‘you’ exist. When we die, they stop firing and the image goes away. That's who we are.

The ‘projectors’ are neuronal cells creating an electrical field. What’s making them create the field? Neuronal cells are made of billions of living molecules.

You can feel its presence as truth, bliss, consciousness. Its truth is your life, its bliss is your joy, and its consciousness is the music of your existence.

Positive thinking and continuous learning will rejuvenate the organ mind, that’s ‘you

Our brain's massive potentials

It is a fact that most of us only use roughly 10% of the total brain power. 90% of those are unused and lay there lying dormant. Just imagine the power you will achieve if you simply use 5% more of those hidden potential. It's really shuddering to even image that, because I know I could be one of the most intelligent people around :P

I read from experts that what we need is just a key to unlock these massive power; no, I am not talking about positive attitude or being optimistic again. There is a scientifically method that can allow anyone to do this, to turbo charge your brain whenever you need it, like during a crucial business presentation or examinations.

Brain waves are basically determining how you think and react to external forces. For example, brain waves are in different frequencies when you are relaxing and learning.

Here is a chart that shows the different brain waves.

Frequency rangeNameAssociated with..
> 40 HzGamma wavesHigher mental activity, including perception, problem solving, fear, and consciousness
13 - 40 HzBeta wavesActive, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration, arousal, cognition
7 - 13 HzAlpha waves Relaxation (while awake), pre-sleep and pre-wake drowsiness
4 - 7 HzTheta wavesDreams, deep meditation, REM sleep
< 4 HzDelta waves Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness

So by controlling how your brain frequency works, theoretically a person can function at an optimised state. For example, if you need to do some creative project, simple switch your brain to a frequency range that allows you to do that.

I'll take about that again next time.

It is very interesting. It works for me.
