Since we are the designers of our own destinies, we can look at our own lives for clues about ourselves and the spiritual work that we are here to do.
We are all reflections of one another. What you see in others is what's inside of you. The people you're attracted to, and the people who are attracted to you - are your mirror.
Do you attract people who are creative, compassionate, wise, honest, tolerant, patient and kind? Or do you attract the opposite? The reality is that you wouldn't even notice these qualities in others if you didn't have some of them inside yourself.
Look at each relationship in your life as an opportunity to learn about yourself. Don't judge yourself for what you see. That will only close you off from finding the gifts that are being offered to you.
Always turn to your own intuition to interpret the reflections in your life and what they mean to you. When you take that risk, without judgment or denial, you will find that you are capable of more than you ever imagined.

I read about Akashic Reading
Today I'll do my best to explain to you in my own words about this rather profound class of spiritual readings, all based on what I have read. So forgive me if any of the info here is not that accurate.
Ever heard of "Akashic Reading"?
It comes from a Sanskrit (a form of ancient Indian language) word which means "mind" or "substance". So from here you can roughly tell them it is probing much much deeper into your mind that the normal psychic readings many of us are accustomed to.
Basically, in an akashic reading, the reader delves into the mind of the person, and from here, many facts can be found, like, relationship, health, money, family and etc. The reader has to be in a very deep subconscious mind when the its frequency connects with the frequency of the person being read.
Information required for akashic reading includes full name, and birthday of the person as this is unique in spiritual world. One thing to note is that the objectives in a reading session have to be very clear, exact and specific so as to obtain the maximum effect.
Akashic reading is highly non-judgement. What is that so?
Because the info comes directly from your subconscious mind hence there is no emotions of the conscious world involved hence a clearer reading can be achieved. It allows a person to succinctly know what he/she is really about subconsciously. It allows a person to understand better of his/her subsconscious mind and able to guide us where we wish to go actually in this life.
Through akashic reading, you can grow yourself spiritually too and you learn how to connect to your Higher Mind and through this, you'll find that your intuition actually increases too.

Reiki treatment
To me Reiki is one of the most fantastic forms of spiritual healing. Sometimes when you are under healing, you can cry out or experience 'visions' or 'flashbacks'. This is normal because it releases your negative emotions and energies inside you.
Get in touch with a well-trained Reiki practitioner is able to deal with emotional emergences and you need never feel concerned with 'losing control' ... the objective for being there is to receive healing, which can be on an emotional, physical and/or spiritual level. U
Universal energy is channeled via the therapist, so is not given by them, nor can they 'take' your energy. You could say that universal energy is still way too powerful for us to accept in it's raw form, so is 'filtered' by our angels before being received and used where most needed.
All treatments received and given have always been deeply peaceful, yet energising. Reiki is a wonderful form of treatment before and after surgery and helps to speed up healing. In some instances psychic surgery can eliminate the need for surgery!
I would recommend Reiki as a form of healing for everyone and anyone and is one of the very few treatments patients with chronic illnesses.

A Maria Duval video
Surprised to see a Maria Duval out there. From some years back maybe but Maria Duval is real and not someone imaginary.... so it bursts your scam theory of her. All along, I have no personal grievances against her and I think her psychic services are genuine and sincere.
People just like to focus on the negatives and think positive-minded people are ignorant or foolish. Negatives beget more negatives and life becomes too heavy for some.

Law of Nature
I have always wondered why out of 1000 people who share the same dream and goal in life, only 5 people make it in the end.
If you ask this question, everyone will answer that they want to be someone in the group of 5. That poses another problem, if everybody wants to be in the group of 5, then who will join the group of 995?
Luckily, the law of nature is amazing. It will work and sculpt every of these 1000 people to such to extent that only the 5 raw diamonds will change to glittering diamonds.
But 5 out of 1000? That's very disappointing, isn't it?
More questions:
- Why are most people like that?
- Why can't they keep on working?
- What make them give up half way through?
- What should you do to change them or advise them?
I can only say, this is law of nature at work again. Maria Duval has said we should never give up and persevere as Universe is fair to everyone. I guess it's the world would be very different if everyone is successful. The treasures from the Universe will only go to those who are hungry for them.

NLP Book
I learn about NLP but as a mean to keep in touch with the ideas constantly, I just ordered this great NLP book from the Amazon, The NLP Coach. The book was recommended by a NLP coach here and you can see this book has great reviews.
If you had to buy one book on NLP and coaching, this is it!!!
After reading it, I felt like I had just been revived from a coma! This book should be read and reread so as to get the full impact. Afterwards, reflections and a reframing of your life's experiences most assuredly will result.
I hope I will experience that after going through the book. The strive for excellence never stops for me!

Invisible energy
What I learn from Maria Duval is that everything vibrates, and the vibration of a cordial smile brings out a spiritual energy that flows out into the universe to bless anyone that receives your smile. On the other hand, when we frown, the action expresses a darker sense of energy and people around you suddenly may feel tense.
Well, the important principle here is that everything carries energy. Everything has a vibration of a spiritual nature. We are never invisible, and we are never disengaged from making an impact on the rest of life.
That is why we ought to choose to create a positive effect in life as much as we can, to let every gesture be an expression of love and of a desire to participate in a turbulent sacred world, we ourselves are uplifted by this intention and can know that the world is also uplifted by our intention.
Now imagine that while engaging in daily mundane activities, a subtle spiritual energy is rippling out from you to the rest of the universe, proceeding outward in waves, and reaches the heart that is the point of feeling, and to the to the very ordinary things of life.
