Feeling bored I read in a numerology site and there is this interesting information about naming a baby.
It sys that having a good name is important, not just because the name follows you for life but also then name is a sound and sound is a vibration and energy! Different sounds have different effects on a person in the same way that different colors will affect people differently.
Therefore different names will provide different types of influences as each letter in a name has a numerical value and each number is an archetypal energy that creates, sustains or destroys a variety of qualities. By using the letters of the name and determining their equivalent number energy, one can calculate the types of influence the name vibration will have on a person.
Through numerology, all of us can find out what's our 'name number'. I'm not too sure how to derive the name number as i think basically we assign a number to each letter of the name and then total up the score.

I pray too
Praying is not only for those who are religious; if you are spiritual, you can pray to God too. It's a way for your spirit to be in contact with the higher being. I pray whenever I can and have a time, especially during the spiritual trips like the one I just had. Thanks Maria Duval for your full guidance.
Many desires have shown to me to be inconsequential when I meditate and contact God-bliss. In fact, they are a hindrance and keep us apart from the spiritual world, when I could easily contact God and ask, and believing receive all my legitimate desires without struggle.
First, we must establish who we are. In our own minds, we must realize we are souls, made in the image of God, and as such have everything the Father has. Then, in this consciousness, demand our divine birthright. First, make the connection (in meditation) and then pray.
Second, the heart and mind must be one-pointedly concentrated on God for the prayer to be heard and the answer to be received. Pray with the utmost devotion and faith and one-pointed attention.
Third, the prayer must be legitimate. Ask only for true necessities.
I had a great spiritual moments in the nature last couple of days. It feels revitalised.

A walk to the nature
I always like to drive my small family of three around the beautiful places around this country to experience being in intimate touch with Mother Nature. It's such a relaxing activity to be done during the weekends. A drive to the coastline and back into the mountainous forested regions.
There's always a close knitted relationship between nature and spirituality and I realise this bond and meaning even more when I grow up. I just know I enjoy being in nature. For example, I love forest trekking. Walking through rows of tall trees while brushing against the shrubs, and listening to the flowing water and the bird chirps have made me spiritually understanding to the events that unfold around my life. I also realise I've been talking to God too while I do the trekking.
Psychic Maria Duval has always encouraged people to take up some nature walks as much as their time allows because the modern settings we living in have gradually taken us away from our spiritual base which all humans are made of. Only through spirituality can this world become more peaceful, loving and tolerant to each other.
I'll be going on a nature trail again during this Easter holidays. I'm really looking forward.

Planning to learn NLP
Well, had a very busy day in office with some job interviews to be conducted. A lot of young people are unsure what they want in life actually and I can empathise with them as I was just like them when I was younger. We always think that TIME is on our side, however, in one big fell swoop, 20 or 30 years just go past, and we will sit at a corner sipping a drink and thinking how different it might be if I had.....
That is why I always advise these young people to plan their career plan well if I have a chance. One thing's for sure, they are really very intelligent nowadays. They learn fast, have knowledge on web 2.0, and they have the dress sense.
Right now I'm planning to learn NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming, as this is something that may be helpful to me.

About global warming effect
As a spiritual person, do you know there is one pressing issue that's in my mind most of the time? Every time I read the papers, watch the news on TV or browse some internet portals, this topic will be there and it's appearing more regularly. And I can't even do anything about it unless humans come together. My gosh.... the worst thing is that there is still a sizable group of people who are adamant about its effect.
I'm talking about the global warming effect by the way.
The group of people who don't believe in its effect will argue that this is a natural cycle of the planet that occurs every few thousand years and we are happening to be stepping onto it at the right time.

Great blog about Maria Duval
Today I happened to make a search a Google and came across this blog, Tribute to Maria Duval, which I think whose owner is a fellow Kiwi. I see that this blog is excellent well planned with a lot of information about Maria Duval and spirituality stuff. It's great to see the blogger is such a supporter of Maria just like many of us here.
True she's some bad vibes but I personally don't see anything wrong with her letters and offers. In fact I like her letters because I learn something from those too and I don't find them threatening or so.
The only bad stuff I wish to say about Tribute to Maria Duval is that the blog is simply toooooo wordy. Unless I find the information really interesting, I don't think I'll read every words, as you know, long sightedness is creeping into me.

A corporate friend MSN'ed me to invite me to attend a $20 first-come-first-serve-limited-seats motivational talk by one of the 'gurus' out there, Stephen Pierce. Frankly, I don't like such events and I have never heard of Mr Pierce before therefore I rejected him. Googling the name of Mr Pearce but I wasn't able to find any related information about him too. Search engine is powerful but this time it doesn't know exactly what I wanted. Anyone has heard of Stephen Pierce before? Please pardon me if he is a famous guy and I don't know him.
I do read some motivational books on and off however, I don't like to attend their seminars because these are usually lead-in seminars where they will try to pressure you subliminally to buy their training courses after talking to you for an hour or so unless the speaker is Maria Duval. And these courses don't come cheap so I'd rather spend the money in some other spiritual courses which I'm passionate in.
