Life can be fast and busy for unwary people that days after days pass by in a blink. A quarter of 2010 just goes by like that...Looking back at my week, the past seven days seem like a blurry flash. That's a hint for you in certain way how I feel about the past 1 month.
Feeling this way because I am so very busy with work so often that I tend to keep my focus on the wrong things, and this is something I hope can improve on.
For example, I was driving home today and could not help but think about the poor road conditions. I was focusing on the construction process that has been overtaking a local street for a few weeks, but has felt like months. Driving through slow traffic, I thought about the valve boxes and sewer grates that I drove over because they made my drive so bumpy.
The actual condition of the road is beside the point. I have so many other things in my life that could have occupied my mind. Rather than dwell on the negative details, I could choose to think about the positive things in life which will only help me to better enjoy my days.
If we all try our best to think about the good things that are happening in our lives, we will be able to better deal with the somewhat unpleasant things in our lives whether it is a hectic day at work or driving home through road construction every day. Try to make a conscious effort to appreciate the little things in your life and, trust me, that will make your day seem so much better.

Meditation in Tibetan Buddhism
The study of Buddhism leads us from darkness and suffering into happiness and light. Meditation is an important aspect of Buddhism. Using meditation during the study of Buddhism allows us to control our thoughts and focus the mind in order to progress on this path.
All that we are is the result of what we have thought: it is founded on our thoughts, it is made up of our thoughts. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him. This is a quote from Buddha.
The final destination in the study of Buddhism is Nirvana. The path to Nirvana is one step at a time. With each step, the Buddhist practitioner comes one step closer to enlightenment. Buddhists believe that it takes many lifetimes to achieve this goal, and in the meantime, we are reincarnated. But, although reaching this final destination is the goal, the path is also important. In life, the practitioner should improve their ability to meditate and study. In the meantime, the practitioner can achieve higher awareness, find inner peace, and learn to live in the present.
Buddhism is currently becoming a popular religion in the west. This is partly due to a greater awareness of religions outside of western religions, and also because of studies that show the health benefits of meditation. These discoveries have brought meditation into the mainstream, and there are those who meditate outside of Buddhism and Hinduism, with no religious convictions in mind. But with the benefits of meditation, people begin to form an interest in the religions behind meditation, both Buddhism and Hinduism.
The types of meditation taught in Buddhism are widely varied, and there are different types of meditations that can be done for different problems or obstacles in life. There are also many different Buddhist schools of thought. Each of these schools of thought has a different way of approaching meditation. But the ultimate goal, that of achieving enlightenment is the same throughout the different types of Buddhism.
There are different levels of meditation in Buddhism. The first level is tranquility. Tranquility allows the mind to become still, and it helps the practitioner concentrate. Mindfulness of breathing, called pranayama in yogic practices, is the first step of meditation. By focusing on the breath, the practitioner can reach a calm and tranquil state. Even psychologists teach their patients this type of basic meditation.
The second level of meditation is insight. The goal here is different than in the first type of meditation. During the insight level of meditation, the practitioner is trying to look for insights into themselves. Insight meditation helps us learn more about ourselves, and it allows us to make changes to ourselves, and how we cope with life.
Meditation teaches us to harness the mind and direct our thoughts to lead to happiness and contentment. It is not necessary to practice Buddhism to enjoy the benefits of meditation. But understand the Buddhist philosophy can enhance meditation and it will also increase the benefits received through regular meditation.

The Law that Attracts
Maria Duval has repeated a few times about the universe law of attraction. Ask and it will be given. That sums up about this law.If you follow these steps the universe will help you out what you have wished for but remember to give your positive energy in right vibrations onto your desire and be aware of your desire. Th emotions and thoughts of ourselves reflect on the path of our desires reaching out to us.
The elementary idea behind this law is that when your thoughts vibrate and reflect to the other energies comes back to us fulfilled desires with the help of those nature's energies. Why do you need to worry about the strategies to get what you want, when the earth is doing the job for you? Why do you need to worry when the earth works for you? All you have to do is Allow the energy to reflect and work with the earth, is that difficult, not at all.
But this also can be the theory's toughest part, because usually people do not believe anything that easily and this theory backs on faith, so it is first difficult to practice the theory with all our strains show as doubts. So be doubt free while you practice this theory. Expect the earth's energy to work for you, you must be surprised on hearing this, majority of people who believe in this theory have been successful by just keeping quiet and thinking about their ambitions positively. Thus the universe law of attraction gives you whatever you want.
Thus the Universe law of attraction proves that our universe is a ball packed with energy, so try to explore this energy ball more and you can attract all your desires.

Being Simple and Yourself
You have an intimate relationhship naturally. That is your mind and your body. When you feel great, naturally, your feel radiant and you will forget about the worries to focus on good things in life. Always be the best that you can be.
Maria Duval says everyone is a work in progress, no matter how old or how young that person is. Each of us has the opportunity to do what will not only make us better people, but also to bring personal happiness and make us feel better about ourselves.
So in the end, all of us got to find out what makes us happy and fulfilled in life and go for it courageously. I am talking about the positive aspects please.
Decide what makes you happy and do it. Many times, the simplest things in life are the best moments you can have, like walking in the woods, singing to your loved ones or spending quality time with your kids.
When you are being yourself, you have a overall feel of happiness and wellness.
You will welcome positive influences and you recognize that knowledge is power. With this attitude, a beautiful transformation can take place.
In the end, that will improve your spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being over a lifetime.

Common Psychic Abilities
Visit M. Jensen's spiritual and psychic blog at Maria Duval Psyhic.
It is true that there are some people in this world who have the uncanny ability to predict what will happen in the future with some degree of accuracy. They are able to do this feat because of their natural extra-sensory perfections (ESP) such as clairvoyance and sixth sense. People such as Edgar Cayce and Maria Duval are examples of such people with sharp psychic ability.
Studies have revealed a degree of belief among some scientists and spiritualists, as after all, who would not be interested to know more about the future? Parapsychologists have also studied psychics for a long time and the results point out that some of the psychic feats are scientifically explainable and plausible.
One prime form of psychic is clairvoyance which comes from a French word and this refers to people who are able to "tune" in or sense energies beyond the range of normal humans, such as perceive distant events.
There are also clairaudience which means able to pick up sounds beyond the normal human range and clairsentence which means the ability to understand past, present and future event from feelings.
Psychics are controversial group of people throughout history because common people are skeptical about their abilities and some think they are satanic or even trying to deceive. But through modern science, the image has been gradually improved and now there are more people turning to psychics as alternative healers.
Some psychic feats are simply astounding and they are able to use their powers well and hence able to establish a connection with souls. Some have the means to delve into your mental world and connect with your mind and spirit so as to solve your life problems.
There are also psychic techniques commonly used for perceptions and they include divination arts like tarot cards, numerology, telepathy and astrology. For example, it is said that tarot card readers are able to predict your future and foretelling some major events coming your way, while psychometry represents the astonishing gift of moving objects using mind powers. Telepathy is something more commonly acceptable and it is is basically mind-to-mind communication.
Throughout the long history of humanity of whatever culture, humans have always replied on psychics and fortune-tellers to peek into the future. This is still the same situation today and will be the same one century from now. Humans are spiritual in nature and therefore, psychics will always be around to play the role of filling this spiritual void on areas like work, relationship, love and money.

Wonderful Moonstone
One of Maria Duval's favourite gemstones is moonstone. I think she likes it a lot because she recommends it quite often and also holds it in high regards from her professional psychic's point of view as it may "contain" a lot of metaphysical properties that benefit people.
Moonstone is a lusciously glowing stone and it got its name from our nearest celestial body, Moon. It has a feminine property and hence moonstone is highly suitable to be carried by the fairer sex to calm emotional problems. Recently Maria Duval gave me a moonstone chain and she told me to let it worn by my spouse. It certainly has some calming effect and she doesn't flare her temper easily recently.
Maria Duval gives me some pointers to optimise the moonstone's power too:
1. Allow your moonstone to lie on your solar plexus chakra to work for several minutes, or even fall asleep with it in place.
2. Moonstone can also help people to discern other people's thought. Keep it in your pocket when you need need that "understanding". Moonstone is a psychic stone!
3.If you would like to maintain an emotional connection with another person, both of you should carry moonstones, ideally in the same pocket, or around your neck.

Listener and Talker
I remember that when I was younger, about eight to ten years old, I would listen to every adults I met. My dad told me children need to listen more, rather than talk more. I took it by heart and agreed. Hence I'd sit one side and listen to adults talking on and on, without any inkling what's happening.
As I grow up, I began to understand the value of "listening". A listener learns more than the speaker. Listening helps us to discern between right and wrong.
Most successful people listened, they listened to what people want and every complain they received. They did not once make any comment or criticism because they did not have to. They showed to others that they cared because they listened. They learned what others missed.
On the other hand, a talker likes to listen to his own voice and he or she is usually a person who has high ego. Don't you ever hear this? "A wise old owl sat on an oak, the more he saw the less he spoke, the less he spoke the more he heard".
