NLP Book

I learn about NLP but as a mean to keep in touch with the ideas constantly, I just ordered this great NLP book from the Amazon, The NLP Coach. The book was recommended by a NLP coach here and you can see this book has great reviews.

If you had to buy one book on NLP and coaching, this is it!!!
After reading it, I felt like I had just been revived from a coma! This book should be read and reread so as to get the full impact. Afterwards, reflections and a reframing of your life's experiences most assuredly will result.

I hope I will experience that after going through the book. The strive for excellence never stops for me!

Invisible energy

What I learn from Maria Duval is that everything vibrates, and the vibration of a cordial smile brings out a spiritual energy that flows out into the universe to bless anyone that receives your smile. On the other hand, when we frown, the action expresses a darker sense of energy and people around you suddenly may feel tense.

Well, the important principle here is that everything carries energy. Everything has a vibration of a spiritual nature. We are never invisible, and we are never disengaged from making an impact on the rest of life.

That is why we ought to choose to create a positive effect in life as much as we can, to let every gesture be an expression of love and of a desire to participate in a turbulent sacred world, we ourselves are uplifted by this intention and can know that the world is also uplifted by our intention.

Now imagine that while engaging in daily mundane activities, a subtle spiritual energy is rippling out from you to the rest of the universe, proceeding outward in waves, and reaches the heart that is the point of feeling, and to the to the very ordinary things of life.

Energy beings

I've been reading a lot lately about energy, chi, prana, reiki and the likes. Knowing that we are energy beings and are essentially in complete control of our lives is something a lot of individuals aren't ready to accept.

I meditate on a regular basis but have not been able to make it to that place of peace. I do find that when I meditate on a regular basis, life just seems a bit sweeter and happiness to me is no longer an external thing, it comes from inside and finds its way out.

Begin with a small step

Quite a number of people I know is aware of law of attraction and they have even practised good habits to utilise it with great results like having a better life. Yet
some people may find it hard to attract money into their lives. Why is that so as I have always wondered.

Based in my personal understanding and teachings from Maria Duval, people need to be very open to the different ways in which money can come into your life. We shouldn't be stuck in one mindset but we should always think about being creative and willing to venture of the box. Always look for ideas and aware of your own intuition. If you are playing lottery, do not put your entire stakes in lottery as this may block the universe from bringing prosperity to you in other ways.

Also, do set a series of plans and align it with ever increasing of money you wish to attract into your life. Being with a small amount and slowly work it up. In this way, you can raise your spiritual energy on the same right level in order to draw it into your life. You will become more confident with each success that you make. As your success grows your confidence will grow and your ability to manifest will continue to grow rapidly.

Just my personal observation. Hope you find it workable for you.

A great source of Energy

Money is an energy and hoping for more money is good because the Universe is supposed to shower every living person with Abundance, as Maria Duval had said often. If you think money is greedy or bad, that's a wrong mindset that will set you in even more poverty.

That's why is it always beneficial for a desire to manifest more money. I know it sounds corny why would anyone reject money. But it's true, I have come across people, especially those religious ones, who regard money as "unpure".

This world is powered by money and it shows what a great source of energy it is. With great source of this energy, you can live better and can help the unfortunates much better too. There are few people who can say that they are living a full well intended live who are financially poor. Despite this most people have a very hard time at attracting the sort of money they desire.

Right to be prosperous

Just attended a networking seminar recently and I'm absolutely peeved with the so-called expert trainers. They are supposed to improve our prosperity profile in a positive way but instead what I heard from there was all about being negative.

Many times these trainers are just as broke as a normal person. I'm not bashing them, but they should talk in a more optimistic way to encourage us people with hopes (like Maria Duval been teaching). That living our dreams is all about having money!

But instead we're taught that money is bad, it's not spiritual, and it's the root of all evil! Now the number one thing I teach my friends is to fall in love with making money. MONEY ISN'T THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL!! But it is POVERTY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL!!

Universe is fair enough to give everyone a chance to be rich and everyone should have a equal status in this aspect. Most important though is to have a right mindset to welcome prosperity into your life.

We need to start dreaming again. It's okay, in fact it's your birth right, to have these material things. Just cover your ears when anyone tell you differently.

Small winning

Dear Maria Duval, I'm glad to inform you that I have made a small winning of $950 in a jackpot over the weekend. I'm soooo happy with it and with this extra money, I can buy my wife and kids some gifts which they like.

A big thank you to you Maria Duval. It sickens me to see some people describing you as negative. But being a magnanimous person as you are, I guess you will ignore those insults that are going your way with a big heart.
