Why do we have to always focus on the negative? Why do we rejoice so much in someone else’s downfall? Why are we jealous when a coworker gets promoted or something good happens to someone we know? What is wrong with a sincere “congratulations?” I know that, from my own personal observations, with most of the people I am around and deal with, that they just love it when something negative happens to someone? Always so eager to spread the negative gossip and tell as many in a day as possible about someone else’s suffering and misery. Guess that's human nature!
Think of the wonderful people in your life and give thanks. Right this second in time be thankful for each person is in your life today. There may be some people you don’t like… be thankful for each one. Each person in your life is there for a reason and a great purpose. God does not make mistakes. The person you dislike is in your life to teach you a great lesson so being thankful. This is the best day of your life to learn how to be thankful for the things in life you don’t like.

Objectives
Most of us set objectives in life. If you say you don't set objectives, you could be lying to yourself because subconsciously, you have set your objectives but your conscious mind are telling you otherwise. How contradictory it is! For example, a happy-go-lucky person says he does not care how his life will turn out to be, but, months later, you see him changing to a better job. This proves that he has his life objective too! Maybe his is a short term objective while most of us assume objectives have to be long term.
Well, I do have my own set of objectives and Maria Duval advises me to practise patience when I work on them, do not rush and I'll find momentum to finish them within the time frames. However, Maria Duval also said I shouldn't have excessive optimism as it will lead to more work than I could manage resulting in a loss of energy.

Coping with low energy
Felt rather listless and bored. When I reached office, I felt like giving a punch to the face of the number 1 bootlicker there who had no shame letting everyone know his latest glory. Normally I'm a calm person, today I'm probably having low energy which from what I learn from Maria Duval meaning the energy entering my system is less than what I require, or, simply meaning too much vital energy had wasted from my body.
What should I do? After work, I immediately tuned up some inspirational music while I was driving home, and I avoided the shorter but higher traffic routes, just to get myself to some relaxing moments to absorb more positive energy from the air. And I stopped at a spot there was a nature park to take a stroll there, away from the chaos of the office.
This is the way I usually wind myself down after a long day's work. Sometime I'd change to a jogging suit to have a job there before going home. Everyone has their own way of boosting their energy, like playing musical instruments, dancing, singing, or playing with pets. Despite our busy schedules, subconsciously we should never neglect these passions. Something within our body gets activated every time we indulge in it.
It felt great after the stroll and the feeling some fresh air.

Check out the interpretation for life path number 4 and it amazes me to find that it is fairly accurate. I'm an excellent executioner of plans and ideas but never a good leader. Once I set out to do what I believe in, there's a strong belief in myself and I may ignore others pleas to change. It's strong will power or negatively, stubborn fella!

Positive Wave Harmoniser
Recently my sleep is getting better, most probably due to the harmoniser in my room. I can't express enough gratitude to Maria Duval to have this wonderful creation. It's my luck that I have a chance to buy it too. I feel more healthy and restorative too.
